What do I do if I have a fault?

For a fault, we advise you to email to our HelpDesk with our contact form. They will advise you and try to fix the fault as soon as possible.

Can I also use BellBazar abroad?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to use this service abroad.

Does BellBazar use a connection tariff?

NO.

Is it possible to get a specified invoice?

No, it’s not possible to get this from Bellbazar. You can call your service provider and ask them, but unfortunately you will only see the Access Numbers.

What kind of service provider do I need to use your service?

You can use our service with every service provider (e.g., BT, etc.)

I am using Carrier Pre Select through another provider; can I still use your services?

Yes, you can still use our service. This is because you are calling a Premium-numbers, these numbers will be charged by BT and not your Carrier Pre Select provider.

If I call from of my mobile phone, to one of your Access Numbers, what are the costs?

Besides the costs of the Access Number, you’re provider will charged you for calling a Premium-numbers. Please check with your provider for the costs of calling a Premium-numbers.

How can I save the Access Number of BellBazar into my mobile phone?

Nokia
Enter the Access Number, press the * key 3 times until a p appears on the display. Then enter the destination number you wish to save.

Samsung
Enter the Access Number, press and hold the * key until a p appears on the display. Then enter the destination number you wish to save.

For example Germany: Access Number p 004912334567.

Siemens/Panasonic
Enter the Access Number, press and hold 0 key until a + appears on the display. Then enter the destination number you wish to save.

For example Germany: Access Number + 004912334567.

Motorola / Ericsson
Enter the Access Number, press and hold the * key until a p or p appears on the display. Then enter the destination number you wish to save.

For example Germany: Access Number p or p 004912334567.

Fixed phone
For saving the numbers into your fixed line phone we would advise you to look in the manual.

I cannot reach the Access Numbers?

It is possible that you have a company telephone exchange where calling a Premium-numbers is not permitted. Another reason could be that your service provider doesn’t allow calls to Premium-numbers.
